SMS Notifications
This type of administrator notification means that when a rule's
criteria are satisfied, an SMS message about the event will be sent
to the indicated phone number.
It is possible to set multiple recipients for the message. The
list of recipients can be set in the admin panel under
Notifications/Recipients
Sending SMS messages requires
configuring authorization via Epochta
SMS and a positive account balance.

SMS configuration dialog
- User Name — User name for SMS service
access;
- Password — Password for SMS service
access;
- Check — Check SMS service balance;
- Restrict SMS sending — allows you to
limit the speed with which SMS messages are sent;
if turned off, SMS messages will be sent
at maximum speed
