Create administrator alert

Alert condition — sets the condition for
rule activation
- Use criteria based on existing filter —
choose an already existing filter to activate the rule;
- Set criteria — brings up the dialog for
creating a
filter for the Notify Administrator action;

To finish making the rule, click Done. The
now-complete rule will appear in the main window of the Alert Center.
